The contribution of this paper is fourfold. Firstly, authors introduce three business scenarios for trading web-based services. Secondly, they analyze design requirements for semi-automated trading of web services. Thirdly, they propose and define a model approach for trading Internet services. Finally, using this model, authors specify bid extensions for common resource and service description languages.
