EDUCOM, Inc. proposes to organize and implement an invited two day workshop for approximately twenty participants to examine in detail the overall requirements for NREN network information services and acheive consensus to the extent feasible on scope,  priority, and resources needed to implement the architecture. Workshop participants will have past experience in providing network services. EDUCOM will provide staff to facilitate and administer the workshop. A written report of the workshop will be prepared.
